1. 40.82(1)  Delete 30 CFR 955.1 and 955.2.
2. 40.82(2)  Delete 30 CFR 955.13(a)(1) and (2).
3. 40.82(3)  Delete 30 CFR 955.10.
4. 40.82(4)  Delete from 30 CFR 955.5 the definition of “Reciprocity” and delete 30 CFR 955.16.
5. 40.82(5)  Delete from 30 CFR 955.17(c) the phrase “to the Department of the Interior Board of Land Appeals under 43 CFR 4.1280 and 4.1286” and insert in lieu thereof the phrase “as a contested case action pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 17A”.
