27—21.60(161A) Project reporting.

1. 21.60(1)  Annual reports. Annual reports meeting the following criteria will be submitted to the division:

   1. a. Annual report deadline to be established consistent with the initiation of the project.
   2. b. The annual report will describe accomplishments during the reporting period and compare them to the objectives of the application.
   3. c. The annual report will itemize funds disbursed during the reporting period.
