27—21.30(161A) Water quality protection project application content.

1. 21.30(1)  Title, applicant and participants. Each application will identify:

   1. a. Water quality protection project title.
   2. b. Name of district or districts submitting the application.
   3. c. Names of participating agencies and organizations.
   4. d. Number of landowners within the project area.

2. 21.30(2)  Project location. Each application will identify:

   1. a. Project location by description and map.
   2. b. Project size.
   3. c. Geographic setting.

3. 21.30(3)  Project description. Each application will identify:

   1. a. Land use, land management, and land ownership within the project area and, if appropriate, the surrounding area.
   2. b. Priority water resources to be protected.
   3. c. Water quality problems within the project area.
   4. d. Quantification of the sources of contamination.

Part 3 establishes the minimum content requirements of project applications.
