27—10.84(161A) Practice standards and specifications.

Practices shall meet Natural Resources Conservation Service conservation standards and specifications. These standards may be accessed through the electronic field office technical guide at http://efotg.nrcs.usda.gov/efotg_locator.aspx?map=IA. The tree planting standard may be accessed through the department of natural resources’ forestry technical guide found at http://www.iowadnr.com/forestry/pdf/techguide.pdf. Standards and specifications are available in hard copy in the district office where the practice will be implemented. These specifications and the general conditions, rule 27—10.81(161A), shall be met in all cases. To the extent of any inconsistency between the general conditions and the specifications, the general conditions shall control.
