189—1.1(533) Definitions.

The definitions of terms included in Iowa Code section 17A.2 shall apply to such terms used in this chapter. In addition, as used in this chapter:

“Board” means the credit union review board.

“Division” means the credit union division.

“Superintendent” means the superintendent of the credit union division.
