1. 1. Fraudulent practice in the fourth degree is a fraudulent practice where the amount of money or value of property or services involved exceeds three hundred dollars but does not exceed seven hundred fifty dollars.
2. 2. Fraudulent practice in the fourth degree is a serious misdemeanor.
