1. 1. The award shall be in writing and signed by the arbitrators joining in the award. The arbitrators shall deliver a copy to each party personally, by registered mail, or as provided in the agreement.
2. 2. A party waives the objection that an award was not made within the proper time unless the party notifies the arbitrators of the party’s objection before the award is received.
3. 3. Unless otherwise agreed, an award shall be made within thirty days after the arbitration hearing.
