- 1. The publication required by this chapter shall be made under the following caption or heading, to wit: Proposed bill for the legalization of the proceedings of (name of official body).
- 2. If the proposed bill be for the legalization of the bonds or warrants of the public corporation, the caption shall be modified accordingly.
