1. 1. A cemetery that operates a perpetual care cemetery shall maintain a registry of individuals who have purchased interment rights in the cemetery subject to the care fund requirements of this subchapter.
2. 2. The registry shall include the amount deposited in trust for each interment rights agreement entered into on or after July 1, 1995.
