Compensation required by section 306C.15 or 306C.24 shall be paid for the following:

1. 1. The taking from the owner of such advertising device of all right, title, leasehold, and interest in such advertising device.
2. 2. The taking from the owner of real property on which an advertising device is located, of the right to erect and maintain such advertising devices upon that real property.
