1. 1. An approved regional career and technical education planning partnership is eligible to receive state funds for purposes allowed under section 258.14, subsection 6.
2. 2. Federal funds received as a reimbursement for allowable expenditures shall be received pursuant to the multiyear state plan adopted pursuant to section 258.3A, subsection 1.
3. 3. The director may use federal funds to reimburse approved practitioner preparation schools, departments, or classes for the training of teachers of agriculture, food, and natural resources; arts, communications, and information systems; applied sciences, technology, engineering, and manufacturing; health sciences; human services; and business, finance, marketing, and management. The director may also use such funds to reimburse approved practitioner preparation schools, departments, or classes for the training of guidance counselors.
