As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Catchment area” means a community mental health center catchment area identified in accordance with this chapter.
2. 2. “Commission”, “department”, “director”, and “disability services” mean the same as defined in section 225C.2.
3. 3. “Community mental health center” or “center” means a community mental health center designated in accordance with this chapter.
