When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
- 1. “Administrative services organization” means the same as defined in section 225A.1.
- 2. “Auditor” means the county auditor or the auditor’s designee.
- 3. “Department” means the department of health and human services.
- 4. “Director” means the director of health and human services.
- 5. “Intellectual disability” means the same as defined in section 4.1.
- 6. “State resource centers” or “resource centers” means the Glenwood state resource center and the Woodward state resource center.
- 7. “Superintendents” means the superintendents of the state resource centers.
