1. 1. The department may continue to bill for state resource center services utilizing a scope of services approach used for private providers of intermediate care facilities for persons with an intellectual disability services, in a manner which does not shift costs between the medical assistance program, mental health and disability services regions, or other sources of funding for the state resource centers.
2. 2. The state resource centers may expand the time-limited assessment and respite services during a fiscal year.
