- 1. Troops occupying a military district established under martial law may, if necessary, pursue, arrest, and subpoena persons wanted in the military district, anywhere within the state of Iowa.
- 2. All peace officers of the state shall serve process and execute the orders of a military court in the same way and to the same extent as corresponding instruments of civil courts.
