1. 1. “Department” means the department of homeland security and emergency management.
2. 2. “Fund” means the natural hazard mitigation revolving loan fund created in section 29D.4.
3. 3. “Loan recipient” means the same as defined in section 29D.2.
4. 4. “Program” means the natural hazard mitigation financing program created in section 29D.3.
5. 5. “Project” means the same as defined in section 29D.2.
