- (a) The foreclosing mortgagee, any other creditor having a recorded lien on the mortgaged property before the recordation of the notice of default and intention to foreclose under section 667-23, the borrower, and the mortgagor, may enforce this part by bringing an action in the circuit court of the circuit where the mortgaged property is located.
- (b) The remedies provided in this part are cumulative and shall not abridge the right of a party to bring an action under any other law, including sections 454M-9 and 480-2.
