Haw. Rev. Stat. § 533-12

Barred by pecuniary provision before marriage.

Any pecuniary provision that is made for the benefit of an intended wife, and in lieu of her dower, shall, if assented to as provided in section 533-11, bar her right of dower in all the lands of her husband.
