Haw. Rev. Stat. § 425E-1104 – Effective date of the conversion.

A conversion takes effect upon the filing date of the articles of conversion, or on the date subsequent to the filing set forth in the articles of conversion; provided that the effective date shall not be more than thirty days from the filing date.
