(a) There shall be established in the state treasury the transit-oriented development infrastructure improvement program special fund, into which shall be deposited:
- (1) All revenues, income, and receipts from the transit-oriented development infrastructure improvement program;
- (2) Moneys directed, allocated, or disbursed to the program from government agencies or private individuals or organizations, including grants, gifts, awards, and donations for costs to administer and operate the program;
- (3) User fees collected under section 206E-246; and
- (4) Moneys appropriated to the fund by the legislature.
- (b) Moneys in the fund shall be used only for the purposes of this part.
- (c) Investment earnings credited to the assets of the fund shall become part of the fund.
