- (a) Government employee housing program project units on state land shall not be advertised for rent, subleased, or used for any non-residential use. The corporation, by rule, shall establish penalties for violations of this subsection.
- (b) The design and development contracts for residential rental units on state land under this part shall not be subject to chapter 103D.
