Rule 80-7-2-.01. Definitions

1. (1) Unless further defined herein, definitions contained in Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia, shall be applicable to this Rule chapter.

2. (2) Definitions contained herein shall be applicable to O.C.G.A. §§ 7-1-730 through 7-1-734 and this Rule chapter.

   1. (a) "Parent Organization" shall mean the corporate entity containing any IBF located in this State and any affiliate of such entity.
   2. (b) "IBF" shall mean a "Domestic International Banking Facility."
   3. (c) "Temporary Advances" shall mean credit balances which bear interest.
