Meetings

  1. (1) Board meetings shall be held on dates as scheduled by the Board at its annual meeting. The last meeting of each year shall be the annual meeting.
  2. (2) Special meetings shall be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

History. Original Rule entitled "Meetings" was filed and effective on June 30, 1965.
