Rule 672-1-.08. Special Permit for Mobile Homes
Upon application, and sufficient cause being shown, the Commissioner may issue a special permit, for mobile homes traveling the public roads of this State, which would allow a mobile home in excess of twelve feet wide up to and including fourteen feet wide to have a total overall combination length of 95 feet, to include a towing vehicle no smaller than a 15 foot mobile home toter.

History. Original Rule entitled "Special Permit for Mobile Homes" was filed as Emergency Rule 672-1-0.19-.08 on March 22, 1983, effective March 17, 1983, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding said Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency.
Amended: Emergency Rule 672-1-0.19-.08 repealed and permanent Rule of the same title adopted Filed June 23, 1983; effective July 13, 1983.
