Rule 665-2-6-.05. Report of Discrepancy

Where goods or services delivered fail to meet the specifications or contract requirements, the discrepancy shall be resolved by the agency that issued the solicitation document. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 665-2-6-.05
