GTA may periodically inspect any items or work products to ensure that specifications are met. The agency must ensure that goods or services purchased comply with applicable codes, statutes, local ordinances, policies or safety requirements. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 665-2-6-.02
