Rule 665-2-4-.08. Extension of Acceptance Time

When the agency or GTA determines it is in the public interest, the agency or GTA may request that the offerors extend the time offered for the acceptance of offers. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 665-2-4-.08
