Rule 665-2-3-.07. Confidentiality

All information and documentation relative to the development of a specification/needs document shall be deemed confidential in nature until specification adoption or finalization of the procurement process for a specific contract. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 665-2-3-.07
