Rule 616-1-2-.45. Submitting a Claim for Wrongful Conviction and Incarceration Compensation

Claims for compensation for wrongful conviction and incarceration shall be submitted using the Court's prescribed form. A copy of the form is available on the Court's website or by contacting the Clerk. The Chief Judge may prescribe the means by which claims are accepted. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 616-1-2-.45
