Rule 609-1-.02. Meetings

The board shall hold regular meetings at a time and place fixed by the Board. A majority of the appointed members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board shall hold a regular annual meeting at which it shall elect from its membership a chairperson and vice chairperson. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 609-1-.02
