Rule 606-1-.06. Method of Approval

(1) The approval of this Order shall be by referendum of the affected producers as authorized and provided by section 15, (a) of the "Georgia Agricultural Commodities Promotion Act," (Georgia Laws 1969, p. 763 as amended). (2) The approval shall be determined by the Commission at the close of such referendum period as provided by section 15, (a) of the "Georgia Agricultural Commodities Promotion Act," (Georgia Laws 1969, p. 763 as amended). (3) The approval or disapproval of affected producers shall be upon an individual producer basis. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 606-1-.06
