Rule 600-5-7-.05. General Terms and Conditions of the Grants

For an agreed upon amount of funding, not to exceed $8,000 for irrigation retrofitting or $50,000 for renovation/construction of an agricultural water catchment structure as a cost-share. Landowners must install certain water conservation measures and maintain same for a period of three years. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 600-5-7-.05
