Rule 600-5-2-.07. The Criteria for the Award of the Grant

(1) The RC&D must have non-profit status. (2) Application must be approved by the local soil and water conservation district and the county unit of government. (3) No more than 1 hydrant per 3 miles square will be approved. (4) A water source survey and a location map of anticipated hydrant installation sites must be completed prior to approval of any application. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 600-5-2-.07
