Rule 590-9-4-.06. Financial Statement

For the purposes of O.C.G.A § 43-17-5,"received or collected" is not deemed to include interest, dividends or other income derived from the investment of charitable funds. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-9-4-.06
