Rule 590-9-4-.04. Charitable Organizations Renewal

(1) Each application for renewal may be filed at any time within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the registration statement. (2) A renewal application received within thirty (30) days of the expiration date will be processed without penalty. A renewal application received more than thirty (30) days after the expiration date may be subject to the original filing fee and the completion and filing of a new Form C100 and all attachments.
