Rule 590-9-1-.02. Delegation to Division Director

The Division Director is empowered to sign all documents, make all decisions and perform all acts under the Code. This power may be exercised by the Division Director and all acts of the Division Director are of the same force and effect as such acts would be if performed by the Secretary of State. Cite as Ga.
