Rule 590-7-18-.01. Designated Agents

The Secretary of State or Assistant Corporation Commissioner, by written order, shall designate certain staff members in the Division to accept service of process on behalf of the Secretary of State. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-7-18-.01
