Rule 590-3-7-.32. Discovery

Discovery shall not be available in any proceeding before a Hearing Officer except to the extent specifically authorized by a statute or rule. Nothing in this Rule is intended to limit the provisions of Article 4 of Chapter 18 of Title 50. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-3-7-.32
