Rule 590-3-6-.01. Mausoleum Preconstruction Trust Fund

When computing the amount to be deposited to the preconstruction trust fund, the initial cost of the land upon which the mausoleum will be built shall not be included in the total project price. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-3-6-.01
