Rule 590-3-3-.10. Charges for Removal and Relocation of Monuments

No cemetery owner may charge a fee for the removal, reinstallation or relocation of any monument unless the fee is included in the schedule of charges filed with the Registration Application or as an amendment thereto. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-3-3-.10
