Rule 570-38-6-.07. Transferability of License

Any license issued by the Department pursuant to this Subchapter shall not be assignable or transferable to any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, except as provided in this Subchapter. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-38-6-.07
