Rule 570-38-5-.02. Definitions

For the purposes of this Subchapter, the terms defined by O.C.G.A. § 40-1-151 shall have the same definition(s) provided in that code section, except where otherwise provided by these Rules. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-38-5-.02
