Rule 570-34-.10. Personal and Property Risk

Persons attending during exhibition, sale, or removal of vehicles assume all risks of damage or loss to persons and property and specifically release the Department and the State of Georgia from liability. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-34-.10
