Rule 570-29-.03. Sound Measurement Standards
The following standards shall be used to measure sound volume produced from within a motor vehicle: (a) Measurement shall be by the auditory senses, based on direct line of sight, from a distance of 100 or more feet from the vehicle. (b) Words or phrases need not be discernible. (c) Bass reverberations are included. (d) The motor vehicle may be stopped, standing, parked or moving on a street or highway. Cite as Ga. Comp.
