Rule 570-29-.02. Definitions

(1) "Plainly audible" shall mean any sound produced by a sound amplification system from within a motor vehicle which can be heard from a distance of 100 feet or more, using the sound measurement standards in Rule 570-29-.03. (2) "Sound amplification system" shall mean a radio, tape player, or other mechanical sound-making device or instrument. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-29-.02
