Rule 513-14-1-.08. Payment of Death Claims

The Secretary-Treasurer is hereby given the authority to pay any death claim to any legal beneficiary without having to wait for approval from the Board of Commissioners, provided, however, if the claim is for death in line-of-duty, the Board must approve the additional $2,000.00, provided for in Ga.
