Rule 480-52-.13. Destruction of Low THC Products

Low THC Products which are outdated or expired must be disposed of by return to the originating Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission licensed producer. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 480-52-.13
