Rule 480-47-.06. Appeals of Final Decisions

All appeals shall be filed in accordance with the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act and must be filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County or superior court of the county of the residence of the petitioner. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 480-47-.06
