Rule 40-5-7-.01. Good Manufacturing Practices

For the purposes of enforcement of Section 2-13-10(8) of the Act the Commissioner adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:

1. (a) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in the most current Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 225, Sections 225.1-225.202.
2. (b) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A Medicated Articles as published in the most current Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 226, Sections 226.1-226.115.
