Rule 40-4-3-.02. Application for Certification

1. (1) Applications may be obtained from the Department and must be filed by the grower with the Department at its Tifton address, on or before March 1 of the current year.
2. (2) No application will be approved for any grower having a balance due to the Department from a previous year.
